Frequently Asked Questions

Is buying a caravan a good investment?
Owning a holiday home with Lazy Days Group is about providing a leisure lifestyle and is not generally viewed as an investment for the purpose of yielding an income

Do I own the land?
No, you don't. You are buying a home with the right to occupy a pitch of your choice for as long as you like, providing you pay the annual site fees and abide by the Park rules.

Do I have to change my caravan every five or ten years?
Not at all. As you are shown around the Park, we will show you caravans of all ages and as long as you maintain the caravan in good condition, keep to the Park rules and pay your rent, you can keep it there indefinitely.

But how do I know that i'll like the Lazy Days sites?
We would welcome you to visit any of the sites, come along and meet us and see for yourself.

I like the idea of owning a holiday home, but I don't really want to tie up ALL of my capital, what if something unplanned happens to me or a member of the family?
Lazy Days can offer a variety of investment plans to vary the initial outlay needed to secure your ideal holiday home. We are an agent for Black Horse, a division of Lloyds TSB. Get in touch and we can talk in confidence about your individual circumstances.
